The Internal Shot Blasting machine for Steel Pipes is specially designed and developed to meet the requirements of internal surface rust removal for large-diameter single steel pipes.
This advanced system effectively removes rust, oxide scale, and impurities from the inner wall of steel pipes, significantly improving surface cleanliness and coating adhesion for subsequent anti-corrosion processes.
The production line mainly consists of a hydraulic system, hydraulic motor, shot blasting unit, pipe rotating device, conveying system, sealing system, dust collection system, and intelligent control system.
