PE PP Extrusion Welder Portable Gun Welding for Joint Metal Pipe Fittings

The portable Extruder HSD was independently developed by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd and has the national patent certificate(No.  ZL 2010 2 0634599.1).    It adopts integrated design of pre-heating air blower with screw extruder, which are produced by famous manufacturers with good quality.The product is small in size and light in weight.   The overall design conforms to ergonomic principles and is easy to operate.

 

It is mainly used for the welding of PP/PE/PVC plates, vessels and chemical tanks, the connection of pipeline, and pipe bends making, connection and sealing of varioous plastic pipes, and the making and fixing of plastic tanks, the welding of plastic sheets and the making of the pipe fittings and bends of different shapes. In particular, it is fit for outdoor onsite operation.

1. Oil & chemical plastic pressure vessel, tank, container;
2. Large caliber plastic pipe/tube;
3. Kinds of pipe fittings and elbows;
3. Plastic sheet, plastic film;
4. Plastic pallets;

Fit for indoor and outdoor onsite operation.

It has A-B-C-D-E-F-G 7 speeds, D and E are usual working speed.
It makes alarm when overheat, needing changing carbon brush and emergency off.
